- We must put ourselves in the presence of Jesus
- We must humble ourselves sincerely before Jesus
- We must present our need in a holy reverence
- We must have total confidence in the power and the goodness of Jesus

4 things we can learn from the afflicted woman
- We must tell Him the whole truth about our sin
- We must tell Him the whole truth about our suffering
- We must tell Him the whole truth about the other doctors and cures we've tried
- We must tell Him the whole truth about all our hopes

Be a "Father of Faith" - A "father of faith" seeks continual encounters with Jesus
